Last Bass Community BBQ of 2025!

Join Cecily Rosol MP, for our last free community BBQ of 2025 in Launceston City Park on Saturday, the 29th of November, from 11:30 am.

 

Come along, grab a bite to eat, and chat about the issues that matter most to you.

Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend, share your thoughts, and enjoy some good food and community spirit.

 

All food served will be halal, with vegetarian and gluten free options available too.

 

This is our last free community BBQ event of 2025. But don’t worry! We’ll be back serving up great food and here to chat about anything that’s on your mind in the New Year! So stay tuned for more announcements in 2026!

P.S. – This might be our last BBQ of 2025, but with the holiday period approaching, many in our community may face extra food hardship. The People’s Pantry will be open most of December (with only a brief pause over Christmas and New Years when the office shuts). If you’re able to donate any non-perishable food, then feel free to drop it past the office or bring it along on Saturday. If you need anything at all, stop by and pick something up, the pantry is here for everyone. A massive thank you to everyone who has already donated, it all makes a difference.
