Kick off the 2025 Uni Season with a wholesome community day at Source Eco Hub!
The beginning of the new year brings on a lot of cost of living pressures and it’s easy to feel like it’s all a bit too much.
Here’s where we’d like to jump in, by offering a time to connect with your community, participate in a clothes swap and hang out with Tasmanian Greens Senator Nick McKim!
WHEN: Wednesday 26 February, 1PM - 3PM
WHERE: Source Eco Hub
We’re asking folks to drop off donations of good quality clothing and accessories to Nick McKim’s office - 149B Macquarie Street before the 25th of Feb. Then, come along to Source on the 26th of Feb and pick up some new goodies! You’ll be reducing textile waste, sharing resources with your community and picking up some fresh threads for free! Alternatively, you can bring clothes to share on the day, any items leftover after the event will be donated to Women’s Health Tas, for their free community clothes rack!
PS. If you don’t have anything to donate, you can still come along and grab some items on the day!
