Join ACT Greens Deputy Leader Andrew Braddock MLA and the ACT Greens as we travel from Canberra to Newcastle and back for Rising Tide’s People’s Blockade 2027 - bringing together thousands of people for climate action, community and peaceful protest at the world’s largest coal port. We’re also aiming to make the trip a net negative emissions road trip. Register to join our return bus from Canberra from 26-28 February 2027.

Rising Tide’s People’s Blockade is returning to Muloobinba/Newcastle in 2027 - and the ACT Greens are heading up from Canberra.

The People’s Blockade brings together people from across Australia for climate action, live music, workshops, political discussions, family-friendly activities and peaceful direct action calling for an end to fossil fuel expansion.

We’re organising a return bus from Canberra so you can be part of it.
