What: Talk about how government policies (negative gearing, CGT) affect housing affordability and rents.

When: Tuesday 22 September 2026 from 6pm - 8pm.

Where: 91/215 Stirling St, Perth WA 6000

What to expect: Some of us know the answers, some of us do not, so let's share our knowledge, our concerns and our passions, and figure out how we can make a difference. Both members and non-members are welcome.

How to get there: Parking is available on Stirling Street (paid and unpaid). Alternatively, buses leaves from Perth City Station and reach Beaufort Street (after Newcastle Street), or Newcastle Street (after Beaufort Street), after which there is a 5 minute walk. Venue is wheelchair accessible.
