Chat with foundation members, past and current MPs, office bearers, and Greens comrades over afternoon tea.
Where: Bendat Centre, TSH Wembley, 36 Dodd Street, Wembley
When: Saturday 11 July 2026, 2pm - 4pm
Seven years from the first interview to the last endnote correction, the history of the Greens in WA will finally be available to buy on 11 July. This is no hagiography. Our story follows firsthand accounts of schisms and accommodations, negotiating the dilemmas of power and professionalism, of conflict and consensus in the process of grassroots decision-making.
We join candidates and volunteers on the intense rollercoaster campaign trail and go backstage to share the personal costs and pleasures of the battles fought by our MPs in parliament. We explore how all of us in the party wrestle with the contradiction between seeking parliamentary success and realising the values of radical social and environmental change.
If you would like to reserve a copy (or copies!) of the book, please express your interest here.
