Membership fees and donations are tax deductible up to $1500 per year.
In applying for Membership of the Tasmanian Greens, you make the following declaration:

I agree to abide by the Charter of the Greens, and the Constitutional rules of the Tasmanian Greens. I also declare that I am not a member of another political party and will not be whilst I remain a member of the Tasmanian Greens.
